1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create or update an account and profile, apply as an artist, host a show, purchase a ticket, use community features, contact The Doorman, or manage a payout account. Depending on how you use House Show, this may include your name, email address, phone number, profile details, artist biography, venue information, messages, posts, comments, reports, and other information you choose to share.

2. Ticket, Venue, and Order Information

For shows and orders, we may receive records about the show, ticket, QR check-in, refund request, tip, merchandise order, hospitality add-on, and fulfillment status. Venue information can include an exact address and access instructions. We restrict exact venue addresses to appropriate ticket-holder or authorized flows instead of displaying them publicly. Merchandise orders may include the shipping details needed to fulfill an order.

3. Verification and Payout Information

Veriff handles identity-document collection for identity verification. House Show receives the verification result or status and limited session information needed to operate the verification process. Hosts and artists may also provide information needed to set up Stripe Connect payouts. House Show receives payment, transaction, payout, and account-status information needed to operate the platform, while Stripe handles card and bank details under its own policies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information to operate accounts, publish and manage shows, deliver tickets, support check-in, process payments and refunds, facilitate payouts, fulfill merchandise orders, provide support, communicate important show updates, maintain community features, protect accounts, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet operational or legal obligations. Verification status helps us run relevant platform steps; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of safety or performance.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal data. We share information with other users only as needed for a show or community interaction, such as profile and show details or an exact venue address through an authorized flow. We use service providers for specific work, including Stripe for payments and Connect payouts, Veriff for identity-document collection and verification processing, Printful when it fulfills merchandise, and providers that operate the platform infrastructure. We do not name a specific infrastructure host here because that provider may change.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and do not publish restricted venue addresses or another person's private information.

7. Requests and Retention

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You can update much of your profile in your account. We review requests and may retain information needed for active accounts, completed transactions, payout and refund records, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and reliable backups. We do not promise immediate or complete deletion of every record in every circumstance.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

House Show uses essential cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, session continuity, account security, and preferences the app supports.
